Why should we choose you as a staff member rather than someone else? (Min. 150 words):

Well, quite simply, I believe I would be a better admin due to my first-hand knowledge of the rules, therefore, being able to enforce every rule break that I come upon In a sit. I like to pride myself on my very good communication skills which would allow me to clearly communicate with anybody, anywhere and anytime. I love being able to help and guide players on the server with my knowledge of GGS. I personally think my greatest attribute to bring a staff member is my activity, No matter the time of day or night, you will almost always see me online so therefore I am extremely dedicated to RPing and I would think I would be just as dedicated to taking tickets if I was accepted into staff. I truly do love this server and being able to be staff would make it that bit better.

I also believe I will be able to handle any situation given to me, learn from any mistakes I may or may not make, control the admin sits that I take, not be biased towards anyone or for anyone and to be able to analyse any evidence provided to me during the sit and provide the appropriate punishment to the player whether releasing the player accused of breaking the rule if evidence proves they did not do what is said they did or insufficient evidence was provided to show the player had broken a rule, warning someone for breaking a rule/multiple rules or banning someone for breaking a rule/multiple rules, I believe I have proven myself within the community as someone that can keep cool in situations, keeping to the server rules as best as I can and helping those that need help within the community, I am extremely active on both the server and website in the peak hours and off hours.

I do not believe one applicant is strictly âbetterâ than another for staff positions. But it is their willpower, dedication, and experience that comes into account when they should be considered for a higher position. Many other capable, dedicated, and loyal moderators come to my mind when I think of potentially amazing moderators, whom I think they should apply, such as David Blues or Ella Blues. However, it is with the urgency of the serverâs situation that I believe requires steadfast and level-headed leadership as soon as possible.


The urgency of active moderators is clear; there is currently only a handful of mods since a lot of them resigned, all these people are doing a phenomenal job and I do not have any criticism about their abilities, we need to start to replace our lost administrators and moderators to ensure that the server has more than enough high command leadership to guide roleplay. Thus, we need to have a diverse pool of administrators (and moderators) to ensure that Heavy Bobâs has more than enough competent and dedicated staff members to pick from, to ensure that only our most willing and capable staff members are picked to help the staff team as admins. It would be a lie to state I am not going for super administrator, but I plan on earning it through my roleplay leadership and my dedication to the server,. We need event masters more than ever, to help create more and more exciting events with hopefully the advent of a lot more passive, non-rushed roleplay environment.

OOC and IC privileges come with the moderator position, which can be both either detrimental to roleplay or extremely beneficial. My main prerogative of utilizing the moderator position would be to set an example of good workmanship, good leadership, and to serve as a leader for other moderators. I will be able to help guide new moderators with their admin sits, guiding them and explaining to them the basics and simple mistakes, as well as a beacon of help when a complex situation occurs. As a moderator, I will prepare myself to be ready for questions from other moderators regarding conduct, rules, protocols, and situational handling to provide a concrete and well-founded understandable answer as a moderator.

The staff members, largely due to the aspects of the administrationâs culture, are treated, in my personal opinion and observations, as lackluster and unwilling. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed, not by continuing to âslave workâ the staff team to do every single ticket 24/7, albeit, tickets are a very important issue to help alleviate this negative image of the staff, but to promote general well being and work morale of staff members to continue their work with pride, willingness, and a sense that their work will actually be appreciated and recognized by other staff members and the community.

My ultimate goal for the community is for the flourishing of continuity of roleplay on the server, the well-being of the communityâs roleplayers and staff members in a sense harmony and brotherhood, and last but not least, the first and foremost importance of any GMod server to possess: Being highly enjoyable and not feeling like a chore to play on.

===Scenarios===

Scenario 1.
You get a report that someone RDMâd another user, how would you handle the situation? What steps would take to rectify the situation?:

I will first claim the ticket that the person has reported it, I will teleport to the user and ensure that I am not interrupting RP (if there is any going on) and possibly bring them to a safer place such as a rooftop. (This reduces the chance of the sit being interrupted). I will ensure both players are alive and well (not bleeding) and allow both of them to tell their part of their stories and send evidence. If convicted, I will issue appropriate punishment such as a Warning and/or a Ban. I will tell them the rule that they broke and ensure that they understand the rules. If no evidence was found or was not conclusive, they will return to RP and I will have to tell them nothing can be done.



Scenario 2.
You see 2 players constantly metagaming, youâve warned them twice already and they are still doing it, what would you do in this situation?:

I would get the two players which I had previously warned and, bring them to a rooftop. I would then inform them of what they are doing and that they have broken the rules previously and what the punishment would be. I would lecture them about following the rules and the consequences of Metagaming. I would then proceed to warn them once more and give them a copy of the rules, and then give out a ban/warn for the designated amount of time.



Scenario 3.
You see someone flinging props around and prop flying, how would you handle this?:

I would freeze them first, ask them what they're doing, if unresponsive I will warn them/ban them depending on the situation, if they have prop killed I will add the punishment of a ban depending on how many people they killed (Mass RDM / Prop Pushing), If they only harmed 1-2 person and stopped I would warn them for prop killing (RDM) and leave it be, if they continue after that warning I will ban for continuous RDM'ing / Prop push, however, if no one was injured/harmed and no RP was interfered with I will let him/her go with a verbal warning and tell him/her next time is a warning/ban.


My friends and fellow roleplayers, we are a community. We are here to have fun and enjoy ourselves. However, we realize that we still need staff members, moderators, administrators, and super administrators to achieve our common goal: A server that we can all enjoy and cherish. It is with my sincerest desires that I am given the honor and privilege of the position of administrator to fix what I see are severe injustices, instability, and the urgency of strong leadership of administrators and super administrators to form a concrete union of staff culture and foundation.
